rexways supports individuals countywide throughout Buckinghamshire. We provide semi-independent support services for young people leaving care and vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. We provide accommodation-based support, dependent on individual needs. We offer shared housing for care leavers, with a maximum of four six people sharing, with on-site 24-hour support and an overlay of 1:1 key worker hours for each individual.
The service has been designed for young people aged 18-25 who may have lived in residential schools or residential care services and who aspire to have a place of their own. At rexways we are supporting a number of young people with complex needs, from transition through to a more independent lifestyle within a supported living environment. There is 24-hour staffing within the property, with each person that we support having their own support hours drawn from the core staff team or via additional 1:1 or 2:1 support hours.
